treated the same as County taxes. The tax so levied for said
year shall be collected by the tax collecting authorities and
every sixty days they shall remit the whole amount of the tax
so collected to said Commission.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws whether
Public General Laws or Public Local Laws inconsistent with
this Act, be and they are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety and being
passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all
members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, the same shall take effect upon the date of its
passage.

CHAPTER 418.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 73
of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929-1935
Supplements), title "Water Fowl, Birds and Game", sub-
titles "Hunter's License", "Upland and Migratory Game
Birds and Game Animals, Bag Limits and Export of Game",
"Song and Insectivorous Birds", "Field Trials", "Waterfowl
and Migratory Birds. Use of Boats Prohibited. Blinds",
"Susequehanna Flats", "Otter, Muskrat, Raccoon and Opos-
sum", and "Elk and Deer", as said Article was enacted by
Chapter 340, Acts of 1927, and Chapter 568, Acts of 1927,
and amended and re-enacted by Chapter 416, Acts of 1929,
and Chapter 543, Acts of 1931, and Chapter 130, Acts of
1933.

SECTION 1. Be U enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 73 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1929-1935 Supplements), title "Water Fowl, Birds
and Game", sub-titles "Hunter's License", "Upland and Migra-
tory Game Birds and Game Animals, Bag Limits and Export of
Game", "Song and Insectivorous Birds", "Field Trials",
"Waterfowl and Migratory Birds. Use of Boats Prohibited.
Blinds", "Susequehanna Flats", "Otter, Muskrat, Raccoon and
Opossum", and "Elk and Deer", be and it is hereby repealed
