CHAPTER 5.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 495 to 520, inclusive, of Article 1
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Allegany County", sub-title "Plumbing and
Sewer Drainage", pertaining to Boards of Health in incorpo-
rated towns in said County, and plumbing regulations
therein.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 495 to 520, inclusive, of Article 1 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County", sub-title "Plumbing and Sewer Drainage",
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect upon the first day of June, 1937.

Approved May 18, 1937.

CHAPTER 6.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 93
of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-title "County
Treasurer", to provide for mailing of tax bills.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 93 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County,"
sub-title "County Treasurer," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:

93. It shall be the duty of the treasurer as soon as the an-
nual tax levy shall have been made and placed in his hands
to prepare the bill of each taxpayer, and to mail the same to
such taxpayer at his address as shown on the mailing list
which the treasurer shall prepare for that purpose, containing
the name and postoffice address of each taxpayer so far as as-
certainable, and which he shall correct from time to time to
keep it up to date. It shall be the duty of the treasurer during
the month of March succeeding each levy to make out all tax
bills which have not been paid in duplicate form, and to place
the same in the hands of the several constables of the districts
wherein the property assessed is located or the owners reside,
to be delivered to the parties owning the same, and each bill so
made out shall contain a notice that if the same be not paid on
