upon, the registration of persons holding a license to operate
motor vehicles in this State except chauffeurs; to add a
new section to Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1935 Supplement), title "Licenses", said new section
to be known as Section 24A, to follow immediately after
Section 24 of said Article, imposing a tax upon claw
machines, pin ball games and other similar devices, and
legalizing such machines or devices; to add a new sub-title
and eight new sections to Article 56 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland (1924 Edition), said new sub-
title to be known as "Book-making" and said new sections
to be known as Sections 285 to 292, to follow immediately
after Section 284, providing for the legalizing, licensing and
regulating of book-making and the collection of fees and
taxes thereon; to add a new section to Article 78B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Racing
Commission", said new section to be known as Section 7A,
and to follow immediately after Section 7 of said Article,
authorizing the Racing Commission to award additional
days for racing under the same conditions as existing days
are awarded, and to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Section 40A of Article 19 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1924 Edition), title "Comptroller", as said section
was enacted by Chapter 10 of the Acts of the Special Session
of 1936, all of said sections relating to the raising of
revenue for "Aid to the Needy" and prescribing the methods
of disbursing the revenues received and the purposes for
which said revenues shall be disbursed; and providing
penalties for the enforcement of the provisions of this Act.

CHAPTER 383.
AN ACT to add nine new sections to Article 1A of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Aero-
nautics", to form a new sub-title "Airport Zoning", said
new sections to be numbered Section 51 to Section 59, each
inclusive, and to follow immediately after Section 50 of
said Article, to provide a comprehensive plan designed to
secure safety from death or bodily injury for "Aeronauts"
and "Passengers", as these terms are defined in Article 1A
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, from dangerous ob-
struction of air space in the vicinity of public Airports or
Landing Fields used for public purposes; to promote the
public order, health and safety by providing unobstructed
air space for the safe descent, landing, ascent and operation
