public road mileage; and the State Roads Commission is
hereby authorized, directed and empowered to credit said
sums to the respective county accounts, one-half thereof not
later than October 1, 1937, and the remainder not later than
October 1, 1938, and to expend the same, in addition to any
amounts that may be otherwise provided for by law, in and
for the Counties to which the same, are hereby respectively
allocated, in the manner and for the purposes set forth in
Sections 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E and 7P of Article 89B of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the debit balances
shown on the books of the State Roads Commission, as certified
to by the Chief Auditor on September 30, 1936, against the
lateral road accounts of Calvert County in the amount of
Ninety-Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-Four Dol-
lars and Thirty-One Cents (f95, 724. 31), of Kent County in the
amount of One Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand and Twenty-
Nine Dollars and Eighty-Six Cents ($193, 029. 86), and of Mont-
gomery County in the amount of One Hundred Ninety-Two
Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars and Six
Cents ($192, 825. 06), be and they are hereby cancelled, an-
nulled and abrogated, and the State Roads Commission is
hereby directed to credit the accounts of said Counties with
the above mentioned sums and to charge the total of said sums
to the Maintenance and Reconstruction Fund of said Commis-
sion.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1987.

CHAPTER 381.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 39 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Fish and Fish-
eries", sub-title "Nets and Seines", said new section to be
known as Section 50A, and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 50 of said Article, making it unlawful to fish with
nets of any description in the Wicomico River proper above
Woodland Point House in Charles County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted 'by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement),
title "Fish and Fisheries", sub-title "Nets and Seines", said
