the Court, to which said application may be addressed, shall
be satisfied that during the period of his suspension or disbar-
ment he has not violated the provisions of Section 11 of this
Article, and that he is otherwise worthy of reinstatement. The
provisions of this Article relating to hearing and appeal in pro-
ceedings for suspension and disbarment shall be applicable to
proceedings for reinstatement under this section.

CHAPTER 371.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Calvert
County to issue coupon bonds to the extent of Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($25, 000. 00) on the faith and credit of
said County for erecting, equipping and furnishing school
buildings in said County, and to levy a tax on the asses-
sable property of said County to pay the interest on said
bonds and to pay for said bonds as they become due and
payable.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That for the purpose of raising the money necessary for
the erection, equipment and furnishing of school buildings as
hereinafter specified, including heating and lighting equip-
ment and for all other purposes incidental thereto, the County
Commissioners of Calvert County are hereby authorized to
issue coupon bonds to the amount of Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25, 000. 00); said bonds to be issued in denomina-
tions of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00) each, numbered
consecutively, to be dated at such time or times as may be
determined by said County Commissioners, and to bear in-
terest from date of issue at a rate to be fixed by the said
County Commissioners of said Calvert County, or a major-
ity of them, not exceeding four per centum (4%) per annum,
payable semi-annually, and shall mature serially, One Thou-
sand Dollars $(1, 000. 00) annually, beginning at such time as
the said Commissioners shall prescribe, until all of said bonds
shall mature and be paid; and said bonds shall be signed by
the President of the said County Commissioners and attested
by the Treasurer of Calvert County with the seal of the
County Commissioners of Calvert County attached and said
bonds shall have printed thereon a distinct reference to the
Act directing their issuance and shall be exempt from State,
county and municipal taxation in the State of Maryland.
