ning thence with the said Southeast line of Maryland Avenue
to the intersection of the Southwest line of Argyle Street,
thence with the southwest line of Argyle Street extended to
the line between the properties of C. L. Hickerson and W. E.
and Kate I. Evans, thence with said line to the point where it
intersects the present corporation line, thence with the present
corporation line to the point of beginning.

On and after June 1, 1937, the above area shall be subject to
to all the laws, ordinances and regulations of said town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 367.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 19
of Article 31 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1935 Sup-
plement, title "Debt-Public", sub-title "Public Works", as
amended by Chapter 84 of the Acts of the Special Session of
1936.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 19 of Article 31 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1935 Supplement, title "Debt-Public", sub-title
"Public Works", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

19. The powers conferred by this sub-title shall be in addi-
tion and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other
law, and bonds, interim certificates or other obligations may
be issued hereunder for any project notwithstanding that any
other law may provide for the issuance of bonds, interim cer-
tificates or other obligations for like purposes and without
regard to the requirement, restrictions or other provisions con-
tained in any other law. Bonds may be issued under this sub-
title notwithstanding any debt, or other limitation prescribed
by any other law, and the mode and method of procedure for
issuance of bonds under this sub-title need not conform to the
provisions of any other law. Any proceedings heretofore taken
under any other law by any municipality relating to the sub-
ject matter of this sub-title, may be continued under such
other law or under this sub-title, or at the option of the gov-
erning body may be discontinued and new proceedings in-
stituted under this sub-title. Except in pursuance of any con-
tract or agreement theretofore entered into by and between
