Mayor and Council of Easton for the permanent improve-
ment of the streets and road beds in said town of Easton, for
repairs to streets and road beds, or to be applied toward the
payment of any bonded indebtedness that may be or may
have been incurred by the said Mayor and Council of Easton
for the permanent improvement of the streets and road beds
of said town; provided that no money be paid hereunder until
and unless the said Mayor and Council of Easton shall, on
or before January first in each year, file with the County
Commissioners of Talbot County an itemized statement, with
the vouchers therefor, showing that for the year then ended
an actual expenditure of at least Four Thousand (f4, 000. 00)
Dollars has been made for the permanent improvement of the
streets and road beds of the said town of Easton, for repairs
to said streets and road beds, or has been applied toward the
payment of any bonded indebtedness for permanent improve-
ment of the streets and road beds of said town of Easton, said
payments to said Mayor and Council of Easton to be made on
or before February first in each year.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from June 1st, 1937.

CHAPTER 366.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Mont-
gomery County", sub-title "Rockville", said new section to
be known as Section 791A and to follow immediately after
Section 791 of said Article, to extend the boundaries of the
town of Rockville, in Montgomery County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Montgomery County", sub-title "Rockville", said
new section to be known as Section 791A, to follow immediate-
ly after Section 791 of said Article, and to read as follows:
791A. The boundaries of the town of Rockville are hereby
extended to include the following area, which is added to said
town:
Beginning for the same where the Southeast line of Mary-
land Avenue now intersects the present corporation line of the
Town of Rockville in Montgomery County, Maryland, and run-
