The above-mentioned areas being portions of the First and
Fifth Precincts of the Thirteenth Election District of Mont-
gomery County.
Section 2. And be it further enacted. That the polling places
of Precinct No. 10, and Precinct So. 11, shall be at some place
in their respective precincts to be selected and designated by
the Supervisors of Elections for Montgomery County.
Section 3. And be it further enacted, That the said Super-
visors of Elections for the purpose of correcting and revising
said books of registry to conform to the provisions of this Act,
in the creation of said Precincts Nos. 10 and 11, respectively, of
said district, shall cause to be made up duplicate cards of
registration for each precinct so formed under the provisions
of this Act, and there shall be transferred and inscribed in
said duplicate binders of registry for each precinct the names of
all persons residing within the area of the precincts so consti-
tuted. The voters comprising Precinct No. 10 and Precinct No.
11, shall consist of and constitute all the qualified voters re-
siding within the area of their respective Precincts No. 10 or
No. 11, as set forth in Section 1 of this Act.
Section 4. And be it further enacted, That the said Super-
visors of Elections shall notify such registered voters by mail
of such transfer and change. A registration of a voter shall
not be invalidated by such alteration or transfer, nor shall the
right of any voter be prejudiced by any error in making out the
list of voters, or in making any change of transfer.
Section o. And be it further enacted, That the Board of Super-
visors of Elections for Montgomery County be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to appoint for said new Elec-
tion Precincts, in said Thirteenth Election District for Mont-
gomery County, all officers of registration of voters, judges,
clerks and doorkeepers for election purposes, as they may be
now or hereafter authorized by law to appoint for each voting
precinct in said County of Montgomery, and also to do what-
ever else within the scope of their authority it may be neces-
sary to be done to carry out the objects and purposes of this
Act.
Section 6. And be it further enacted, That the transcribing
shall be done in the office of the Board of Supervisors of Elec-
tions by two clerks to be selected, one by the supervisors repre-
senting the majority party, and one by the supervisor repre-
senting the chief minority party, as the said parties are now
constituted in this State, said clerks to be paid Five Dollars
