to have said names of said candidates printed in a separate
column and apart from the other candidates for said offices;
and the corporation upon request of any candidate, shall print
a reasonable number of sample or facsimile ballots and in
such color or colors as it shall deem necessary but not in the
color of the official ballot to be printed.
355. If the President or any of the Commissioners, after they
are elected, shall refuse to qualify, or shall, after they have
qualified, die, resign, or remove from said town, or be otherwise
disqualified, then the vacancy in either of said offices shall be
filled by those remaining in office for the balance of the term;
and if there be a failure to fill any or all of the said offices
at any election then the retiring President and Commissioners
shall fill said vacancies immediately after the election to be
held as aforesaid.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts, or parts
of Acts, inconsistent with the aforegoing sections are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

as Margaret E. De'Schon, to be the adopted daughter of
Robert E. De'Schon and Margaret E. De'Schon, his wife.

CHAPTER 237.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
241M of Article 43 of Flack's 1935 Supplement to the Anno-
tated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Health, " sub-title "Barbital and Other Hypnotic Drugs, "
for the purpose of redefining the terms "barbital" and
"other hypnotic or somnifacient drug, " so as to eliminate
the limitation on the quantity of the said substances to
which said sub-title shall be applicable; and to add two new
sections to said Article and sub-title, to be known as Sec-
