18. The State Advisory Board shall from time to time ad-
vise the University with regard to all matters of major im-
portance in carrying out the provisions of this sub-title, and
shall submit to the administration of this sub-title as the Uni-
versity may request.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 221.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 23,
25 and 27 of Article 88A of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, (1935 Supplement) as amended by Chapter 148 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1936, title "State Aid and
Charities", sub-title "Aid to Dependent Children", and to
add two new sections to said Article, to be known as Sec-
tions 21A and 27A, to follow immediately after Section 21
and Section 27 respectively of said Article, relating to the
powers and duties of the Board of State Aid and Charities,
in regard to Aid to Dependent Children.

CHAPTER 222.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 16,
18, 20, 21, 24, 27, 29, 30 and 32 of Article 30 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement) as amended by Chap-
ter 145 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1936, title
"Deaf, Dumb and Blind", sub-title "Public Assistance to
the Needy Blind. "

CHAPTER 223.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Mont-
gomery County", to be under sub-title "County Flag", said
new section to be known as Section 240A, and to follow
immediately after Section 240 of said Article, to adopt a
flag for Montgomery County.
