under sub-heading "Law Library", said new section to be
known as Section 34A, to follow immediately after Section 34
of said Article, and to read as follows:

34A. The County Commissioners of Carroll County are
hereby authorized and directed to levy such sum of money
for the year nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, and every
year thereafter, as in their discretion may be necessary for
the maintenance and enlargement of the law library of the
Circuit Court for Carroll County, said moneys to be expended
for such purpose under the direction of any judge or judges of
the Circuit Court for Carroll County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1. 1937.

CHAPTER 185.

AN ACT to add two new sections to Offutt's Revised Code of
the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County (Flack's Code of
1930, Article 3), said new sections to follow Section 146 of
the said first mentioned Code and to be known as Section
146A and Section 146B, directing the Board of Education of
Baltimore County to provide certain transportation for chil-
dren attending certain schools in Baltimore County and di-
recting the County Commissioners of Baltimore County to
appropriate certain funds, not in excess of f 15, 000 annually,
and to pay the same to the Board of Education of Baltimore
County to be used by said Board for the purpose aforesaid.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
hind, That two new sections be added to Offutt's Revised Code
of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County (Flack's Code
of 1930, Article 3), said new sections to follow Section 146 of
said first mentioned Code and to be known as Section 146A
and Section 146B, said new sections to read as follows:

146A. That all children, who attend schools in Baltimore
County, which schools do not receive State aid, and who reside
on or along or near to the public highways of Baltimore County,
on which there is now or hereafter operated a public school
bus or conveyance provided by the Board of Education of Bal-
timore County for transporting children to and from the
public schools of Baltimore County, shall be entitled to trans-
