CHAPTER 182.

An ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 127
of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Sup-
plement), title "Elections", sub-title "Compensation", to
eliminate the provision exempting Worcester County.

CHAPTER 183.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 177-194, inclusive, of Article 23
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Wicomico County", sub-title "Powellsville", to
repeal the Charter of the Town of Powellsville, in Wicomico
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 177-194, inclusive, of Article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, (1930 Edition), title
"Wicomico County", sub-title "Powellsville", be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 184.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 7 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll
County", sub-title "Circuit Court", to be under sub-heading
"Law Library", said new section to be known as Section
34A, to follow immediately after Section 34 of said Article,
to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of Car-
roll County to levy annually in their discretion such sum of
money as may be necessary for the maintenance and en-
largement of the law library of the Circuit Court for Carroll
County, said moneys to be expended for such purpose under
the direction of any judge or judges of the Circuit Court
for Carroll County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
