250A. There is hereby created a Board of Visitors for the
Sanatorium for colored persons at Henryton, in Carroll
County, the said Board, as authorized by Section 250 of this
Article, to consist of five colored persons to be appointed by
the Governor for a term of five years; provided, however, that
in making the first appointments, one of said persons shall be
appointed for a term of one year, one for two years, one for
three years, one for four years and one for five years, and
thereafter the term of each member to be five years. One mem-
ber of said Board shall be a resident of the Eastern Shore of
Maryland, one a resident of Southern Maryland, one a resident
of one of the Counties of the Western Shore other than the
Counties in Southern Maryland, and two residents of Balti-
more City.
The members of the said Board of Visitors shall have the
right to visit and inspect the said Sanatorium at Henryton
and to make any recommendations in writing which said
Board may deem advisable in regard to said Sanatorium, but
shall have no power or control with respect thereto, the man-
agement and administration of said Sanatorium to remain
and continue in the Board of Managers of the Maryland
Tuberculosis Sanatorium as heretofore.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 127.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 106
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Sup-
plement), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Debts'",
allowing Executors and Administrators in certain actions
authorized by said section to recover funeral expenses of the
testator or intestate not to exceed Three Hundred Dollars
(1300. 00).
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 106 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law", sub-
title "Debts", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, -with
amendments, to read as follows:
106. Executors and Administrators shall have full power to
commence and prosecute any personal action whatever, at
