Anne Arundel County shall receive an annual salary of four
hundred dollars ($400. 00) each, payable by the County Com-
missioners of Anne Arundel County in monthly instalments
and they shall not receive any other compensation, emolument,
pay or recompense of any kind whatsoever, for their services,
including services rendered under Section 202 of this Article.
The members of the Board of Supervisors of Elections of
Washington County shall receive an annual salary of not less
than three hundred dollars ($300. 00) each, which salary may
be increased by the County Commissioners in their discretion.
The said salaries shall be payable by the County Commissioners
of said county and the said Supervisors shall not receive any
other compensation, emolument, pay or recompense of any
kind whatsoever for their services including services rendered
under Section 202 of this Article. The Board of Supervisors
of Elections of Montgomery County shall receive an annual
salary of six hundred dollars ($600. 00) payable on the order
of the County Commissioners of Montgomery County in equal
monthly instalments and they shall not receive any other
compensation, emolument, pay or recompense of any kind
whatsoever for their services, including services rendered un-
der Section 202 of this Article. The Board of Supervisors of
Elections of Montgomery County may employ any member of
the Bar of the Court of Appeals of the State of Maryland,
resident in Montgomery County who shall be paid for his
services the sum of six hundred dollars ($600. 00) per annum,
payable in equal monthly instalments and no other fees or
compensation whatsoever, and may also employ and appoint
a clerk, who shall be paid such salary as may be fixed by the
Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County, but
said Board of Supervisors of Elections shall employ no other
assistants or clerks of any kind whatsoever, except with the
approval of the Board of County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery County and at such compensation as may be fixed by
the said Board of County Commissioners.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 192 of Title
20, "Elections", of Offutt's Revised Code of the Public Local
Laws of Baltimore County, 1929 Edition (Flack's 1930 Code
Public Local Laws, Article 3, Section 192) be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on and after June 1, 1937.
