being passed upon by a yea and nay vote supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of
the General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date
of its passage.

CHAPTER 114.
AN ACT to repeal Section 231 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition) title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "County 'Commissioners", and to
enact in lieu thereof three new sections to be known as
Sections 231, 231A and 231B, providing for requisitions
upon the County Commissioners for dockets, record books
registration books, stationery and other similar articles,
authorizing the advertising for sealed proposals and award-
ing of contracts; authorizing contracts for printing notices
and newspaper advertisements, and all printed blank forms,
ballots and other printed matter required by law for the
various County offices, and prescribing terms and conditions
of awarding such contracts.

CHAPTER 115.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "County Commissioners", said
section to be known as Section 241E, and to follow imme-
diately after Section 241D of said Article, authorizing and
empowering the County Commissioners to make regulations
and to issue permits governing the location of public ceme-
teries, and prescribing the penalty for violation of such
regulations.
