to three of the officers of such corporation or club as individ-
uals, for the use of the corporation or club, at least one of
whom shall have all the qualifications in this Act prescribed
for an individual applicant. An application on behalf of a
corporation shall set forth the names and addresses of all the
officers of the corporation or club, shall be signed by the Presi-
dent or Vice-President, and attested by the Secretary with the
corporate seal, as well as by the three officers to whom the
license shall be issued. The application shall disclose the
name and address of the corporation, partnership or associa-
tion as well as the name and address of the applicant. If any
fine shall be imposed by the Court upon any individual who
has obtained a license under the provisions of this Act for or on
behalf of any partnership, corporation or unincorporated asso-
ciation, the partnership, corporation or unincorporated asso-
ciation shall also be liable for the payment of such line, and
in case the penalty carries with it imprisonment the penalty
shall be borne by the individual, and upon the revocation of
any such license, no person shall thereafter be entitled to ob-
tain a license for or on behalf of such partnership, corporation
or unincorporated association, for the sale of alcoholic bev-
erages upon the same premises until after the expiration of
six months from the date of such revocation.

211. The fee for each license issued for a full period of one
year shall be as hereinbefore provided, and the fee for every li-
cense issued for less than one year (except special licenses)
shall be calculated from the month of issuance until the fol-
lowing April 30th, both inclusive. All licenses shall bear the?
date of issuance and shall expire April 30th next after the date
of issuance. Special licenses shall be good only for the date-,
specified.

212. The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall be entitled to col-
lect from each applicant a license fee of one dollar for receiving
the application, all such fees to be accounted for as other fees;
of the Clerk under the laws of this State. All license fees
shall be paid by the Clerk to the Treasurer of Howard County
and used by the County Commissioners for the benefit of the
Pension Fund for Indigent Persons to the extent necessary,
and any excess shall be used by the said Commissioners for the
benefit of the Howard County Health Association. And all
fines imposed for any violation of this Act shall be remitted
to the Treasurer of Howard County and used for the same
purposes.

213. The holders of retail licenses issued under this Act
shall be permitted to make sale only in a room having one or
more plain glass windows on the ground or highway, thereby
