upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not
less than twenty-five dollars ($25. 00) nor more than five hun-
dred dollars ($500. 00) or to an imprisonment not exceeding
ninety (90) days, or both, in the discretion of the court, and
any such conviction shall ipso facto revoke and annul any
license that may have been issued to such person.

440N. No license or renewal of same granted or issued un-
der the provisions of this Act shall be assignable or transfer-
able, and every license and renewal of same shall specify the
name of the person to whom it is issued.

440-O. All fees collected under the provisions of this Act
shall be collected by and used by the board of examiners and
supervisors to defray the necessary expenses of said board and
the remainder thereof shall be delivered to the Board of County
Commissioners of Prince George's County on the first day of
June in each year.

440P. It shall be the duty of the said board before the first
Monday of May of each year to make a report in writing to the
Board of County Commissioners of Prince George's County,
containing a detailed statement of the nature of the receipts
and manner of expenditure, and any balance of money remain-
ing at the end of the year, after payment of expenses, shall be
reserved by the treasurer of said board to meet the expenses for
the ensuing year.

440Q. The provisions of this Act shall not apply to jour-
neymen electricians or apprentices while such journeymen or
apprentices shall be practicing their trade of journeyman
electrician or apprentice, nor to any electrical light com-
pany, electric railway company, steam railway company, tele-
graph or telephone company nor to those performing electrical
work for such companies where said electrical work is an
integral part of the plant or service used by such company in
rendering their duly authorized service to the public.

440R. After June 1, 1937, no electric light or power com-
pany shall attach its power lines or electric meters to any
consumer's property within the borders of Prince George's
County unless the building was wired before June 1, 1937, or
the work has been installed by Master Electrician licensed
under this Act and until a temporary or permanent meter cut-
in certificate has been issued by the Middle Department Rat-
ing Association, Middle Division. Said department shall issue
a meter cut-in certificate in duplicate, one of said certificates
shall be sent to the power or electric company furnishing the
electricity for the consumer's property, and the other shall be
sent to the Board of Electrical Examiners and Supervisors.
