several counties of this State and in the City of Baltimore,
under the sanction of said Convention, and to appoint, in its
discretion, executive committees or other trustees, by whatever
name or names they may be designated, for administering
the respective funds so arising as aforesaid, in such manner
and form and with such authority as the said Convention may
from time to time prescribe.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 88.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 162
of Chapter 635 of the Acts of 1912, codified as Section 349
of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wi-
comico County", sub-title "Sharptown", changing the term
of office of Commissioners; and Section 163 of Chapter 635
of the Acts of 1912, codified as Section 350 of Article 23 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County",
sub-title "Sharptown", designating the method to be used
by candidates for filing for the office of Commissioner and
fixing a time limit therefor; and Sections 167, 168 and 169
of Chapter 635 of the Acts of 1912 codified as Sections 354,
355 and 356 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Wicomico County", sub-title "Sharptown", providing
that the Clerk, Tax Collector and Treasurer may be one or
more persons, segregating the duties of said respective offices
and relieving the Clerk of the necessity of giving bond.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 162 of Chapter 635 of the Acts of 1912,
codified as Section 349 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Wicomico County", sub-title "Sharptown", chang-
ing the term of office of Commissioners; and Section 163 of
Chapter 635 of the Acts of 1912, codified as Section 350 of
Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico
County", sub-title "Sharptown", designating the method to be
used by candidates for filing for the office of Commissioner and
fixing a time limit therefor; and Sections 167, 168 and 169 of
Chapter 635 of the Acts of 1912 codified as Sections 354, 355
and 356 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Wicomico County", sub-title "Sharptown", providing that the
Clerk, Tax Collector and Treasurer may be one or more per-
