(a) To the Fayette Street Station Methodist Episcopal
Church (incorporated 1841) which owns and manages West-
ern Cemetery located at Edmondson Avenue and Longwood
Street, in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, the sum of Five
Thousand Dollars (f5, 000. 00), to be deposited by said Cor-
poration in a special fund known as the Western Cemetery
Perpetual Care Fund, to be supervised, invested and governed
by the Trustees of the Western Cemetery Perpetual Care
Fund, their successors and assigns, for the uses and purposes
upon the terms, conditions and trusts set forth in said Will
for the special care, attention and maintenance of the two
family lots of decedent respectively known as Nos. 346-348
Area DD, of said Western Cemetery and No. 204 Area I of said
Western Cemetery.
(b) To Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore,
Maryland, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00) in cash.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 513.
AN ACT to suspend the operation and functions of the Board
of Assessment as set out in Section 221 of Article 16 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", as repealed and
re-enacted by Chapter 91 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1931 until April 1, 1939; to continue in full
force and effect until said date the provisions of Section 3
of Chapter 273 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1933; and to make this Act effective from the date
of its passage.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land., That the duties, functions and operations of the Board
of Assessment provided for by Section 221 of Article 16 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", as repealed and
re-enacted by Chapter 91 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1931, are hereby suspended until April 1, 1939.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all of the provisions
of Section 3 of Chapter 273 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1933 are hereby continued and shall
remain in full force and effect until April 1, 1939, in like man-
ner as though the said provisions had been re-enacted in this
Act.
