provisions and regulations of this Act and on payment of an
annual license fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($350. 00), shall be entitled to serve liquors, wines and beers
between the hours of 7 A. M. and 12 o'clock midnight, but no
sale of liquors shall exceed one quart and no sales shall be
made at bars or counters.

BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE, CLASS C (ON SALE) —
CLUBS. Such a license shall be issued by the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of the County in which the place of business is
located, or by the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas for
Baltimore City, if the place of business is located in said city,
and shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell
all alcoholic beverages at retail at any club, at the place
therein described, for consumption on the premises only. The
annual fee for such a license shall be Two Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($250. 00), and shall be payable to said Clerk, before
any such license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter pro-
vided.

Such a license shall be issued only in Baltimore City, Balti-
more and Washington Counties, the towns of North
Beach and Chesapeake Beach, and such license may be
issued in the City of Annapolis, upon the approval of and
for such fee as may be fixed by the Mayor, Counsellor and
Aldermen.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such a
license may be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to 2 A. M. on
the day following, but no holder of such a license shall be
permitted to make any sale on the day of any general, special
or primary election. In the City of Annapolis, the hours
shall be fixed by the Mayor, Counsellor and Aldermen.

Any incorporated club of Cecil County, having been incor-
porated for a period of not less than two years prior to time
of making application and having a bona fide membership of
not less than twenty-five, with dues of not less than Fifty
($50. 00) Dollars per annum per member, and maintaining
at the time sleeping accommodations on the club premises
for twenty-five club members or guests, and who shall have
facilities for preparing and serving food on the premises to
4he said members and guests, which said club is not operated
as a place of public business, may, upon the approval of
the Board of License Commissioners for Cecil County and
upon payment of the annual license fee of One Hundred
($100. 00) Dollars, obtain from the Clerk of the Circuit Court
a license which shall authorize the holder to sell beer, wine,
and liquor and all alcoholic beverages for consumption on its
premises.

And in Cecil County it shall be unlawful to sell beer, wine,
