plete Law School Library in Baltimore, Five Thousand Dol-
lars ($5, 000. 00); for addition to Nurses Home in Baltimore,
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50, 000. 00); for land for Department
of State Forestry, Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15, 000. 00);
for stacks and books for Library at College Park to meet
minimum requirements for University Libraries, Thirty Thou-
sand Dollars ($30, 000. 00); for garage and workship at College
Park, Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35, 000. 00); for equip-
ment for Dairy and Animal Husbandry Farms, Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10, 000. 00); for remodeling of Dairy Building, -Eight
Thousand Dollars ($8, 000. 00), aggregating One Million, One
Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($1, 170, 000. 00), of which
Two Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($210, 000. 00) shall be
from the issue of August 15, 1937, One Hundred Seventy-Eight
Thousand Dollars ($178, 000. 00) shall be from the issue of
February 15, 1938, and Seven Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand
Dollars ($782, 000. 00) shall be from the issue of August 15,
1938.

(17) To the State Roads Commission for the restoration
of highway funds to be allocated in the same proportions as
said funds would have been allocated and distributed if said
funds had not been transferred to the General Treasury of
the State in the Budget for the years 1938 and 1939, the sum
of three million three hundred thousand dollars ($3, 300, 000)
of which one million seven hundred thousand dollars ($1, -
700, 000) shall be from the issue of August 15, 1937, and one
million six hundred thousand dollars ($1, 600, 000) from the
issue of August 15, 1938, provided, however, that the funds
hereby restored shall be used solely for the construction and
reconstruction of roads, highways and bridges, including ap-
proaches to bridges.

(18) To the Military Department for the construction of
an Armory at Denton in Caroline County Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($50, 000. 00) from the issue of February 15, 1938.

(19) To the Trustees of Morgan College for the construc-
tion of buildings at Morgan College One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($100, 000. 00) from the issue of February 15, 1938.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That all contracts for
the above purposes shall be subject to the approval of the
Board of Public Works, and where appropriations are made to
an institution or department for two or more purposes, the
order in which the same are to be begun shall likewise be
subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works. In case
any balance remains to the credit of any of the above named
institutions or departments after the completion of any of the
purposes specified, then such institutions or departments may
expend such balance upon any building, construction or equip-
