torney, inspectors and empolyees shall serve at the pleasure
of said Liquor Control Board;

(6) the Board of County Commissioners is hereby authorized
and directed to transfer to the Liquor Control Board the title
to all real and personal property now used by said Liquor
Control Board, including trucks, automobiles, personal prop-
erty, equipment, stock in trade, leases and the title to the
Liquor Dispensary Building located in Silver Spring, Mary-
land.

(1) WORCESTER COUNTY. In Worcester County, in addition
to the other powers listed in this section, the Board shall have
power to employ an officer to enforce the laws relating to
alcoholic beverages in said county and to pay him compensa-
tion, as it may fix, from its funds. The Liquor Control Board
in Worcester County shall not sell beer at a profit in excess
of ten cents per case or one dollar per barrel.

147. RECORDS, (a) REQUIRED. The Liquor Control Board
shall keep accurate records of all purchases of alcoholic bev-
erages, which records shall be open to inspection by the Comp-
troller or any of his Deputies during all regular business
hours, and shall also prepare and forward to the Board of
County Commissioners a report for the period ending on
April 30th, in each year, which report shall contain a full
and complete statement of the business transacted by the
Board and the results of the operation of the dispensaries or
branch dispensaries established under the authority of this
sub-title.

(b) HARFORD COUNTY. Provided further , that in Harford
County the Liquor Control Board shall keep accurate records
of the purchase of alcoholic beverages, which records shall be
open to inspection by the representatives of the County, Town
and City interested therein, and shall make semi-annual re-
ports to the said County, Town and City, which reports or so
much thereof as may be deemed by said Board to be necessary,
shall be published in one or more newspapers printed and pub-
lished in Harford County.

(c)KENT COUNTY. Provided further, that in Kent County
the books and records of the Liquor Control Board shall be
submitted to the Kent County Auditing Committee authorized
by law in the same manner and at the same time that the
books and records of other county officers are submitted for
audit; and the result of this audit shall also be published in
the same manner and at the same time as the results of the
audits of the several other offices of Kent County are pub-
lished.
