Queen Anne's, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and
Worcester Counties, provided that it shall not apply to or
affect special Class C licenses issued under the provisions
of this Article, nor shall it apply to special Class C licenses
issued in Washington County for temporary use.

83. ALLEGANY COUNTY. In Allegany County, notwith-
standing any other provisions in this sub-title, it shall be
unlawful for any person having a license under this Article,
to sell any intoxicating beverages between the hours of 12.00
o'clock midnight and 7.00 o'clock A. M., and on Sunday.

84. ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. In Anne Arundel Coun-
ty, notwithstanding any other provisions in this sub-title, the
following restrictions, limitations and regulations shall be in
effect:

(a) The hours during which sales of alcoholic beverages may
be made under Class BP, Class WP, and Class LP licenses
shall be from 6 A. M. until 12 o'clock midnight, of each day,
except, however, that no sales may be made on Sunday under
such licenses.

(b) The hours during which sales of alcoholic beverages
may be made under Class BC, BT, BTM, WC, WT and BB,
WR and WTM licenses shall be from 6 A. M. until 12 o'clock
midnight, of each day.

(c) The hours during which sales of alcoholic beverages
may be made under Class LC, LT, LTM, LR and LED licenses
shall be from 6 A. M. until 2 A. M. of the day following.

(d) No sale may be made after 2 A. M. on Sunday of any
alcoholic beverages by the holder of a Class LT license.

(e) Sales may be made on Sundays by the holder of a Special
Sunday License, according to the terms thereof.

(f) The hours during which sales of alcoholic beverages
may be made under a "Race Track License" shall be from
2 hours preceding the running of any authorized race until
2 hours after the running of any authorized race, and not
otherwise.

(g) The hours established in this Article for the sale of
alcoholic beverages in Anne Arundel County are hereby de-
clared to be in accordance with Eastern Standard Time not-
withstanding the provisions of any local law establishing
a different standard of time for Anne Arundel County.

(h) Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-section (g) the
Board of License Commissioners for Anne Arundel County
