by a Class A Beer and Light Wine License may be exercised
shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight, on every
day except Sunday.

(b) CLASS B (ON SALE—HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS). The
hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class B Beer
and Light Wine License may be exercised shall be from 6
o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight. Provided that in Balti-
more City and Baltimore County the hours shall be from 6
o'clock A. M. to 2 o'clock A. M. on the day following.

(c) CLASS C (ON SALE—CLUBS). The hours during which
the privileges conferred by a Class C Beer and Light Wine
License may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to 12
o'clock midnight. Provided that in Baltimore City and in
Baltimore County the hours shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to
2 o'clock A. M. on the day following.

(d) CLASS D (ON SALE—GENERALLY). The hours during
which the privileges conferred by a Class D Beer and Light
Wine License may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to
12 o'clock midnight. Provided that in Baltimore City and
Baltimore County the hours shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to
1 o'clock A. M. on the day following.

77. BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSES, (a) CLASS

A (OFF SALE). The hours during which the privileges con-
ferred by a Class A Beer, Wine and Liquor License may be
exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight,
on every day except Sunday. Provided, that (1) in Annapolis
the hours may be fixed by the Mayor, Counsellor and Alder-
men of the City of Annapolis, (2) in Carroll County the hours
shall be from 8 o'clock A. M. to 9 o'clock P. M., (3) in Cecil
County the hours shall be from 6 o'cock A. M. to 11 o'clock
P. M., and (4) in Talbot County the hours shall be from 8
o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight.

(b) CLASS B (ON SALE—HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS). The
hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class B Beer,
Wine and Liquor License may be exercised shall be from 6
o'clock A. M. to 2 o'clock A. M. on the day following. Provided,
that (1) in Annapolis the hours shall be as fixed by the Mayor,
Counsellor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis, and (2) in
Cecil County the hours for hotels shall be from 7 o'clock A. M.
to 12 o'clock midnight.

(c) CLASS C (ON SALE—CLUBS). The hours during which
the privileges conferred by a Class C Beer, Wine and Liquor
License may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to 2
o'clock A. M. the day following. Provided, that in Annapolis,
