HOURS AND DAYS FOR SALE

72. MANUFACTURER'S LICENSE. The hours during
which alcoholic beverages may be sold or delivered to retail
license holders by holders of manufacturers' licenses shall be
from 6 o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight, on every day ex-
cept Sundays and election days.

73. WHOLESALER'S LICENSE. The hours during which
alcoholic beverages may be sold or delivered to retail license
holders by holders of wholesalers' licenses shall be from 6
o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight, on every day except
Sundays and election days.

73A. CLASS F LICENSE. Nothing in this Article which
restricts, limits or prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages
on any day or during any period of hours on any day shall be
construed as applying to or affecting in any manner the sale
of alcoholic beverages under a Class F license issued accord-
ing to the provisions of this Article.

74. GENERAL PROVISION FOR RETAIL LICENSES.
The hours specified in Sections 75 to 77, inclusive, of this
Article shall apply except as modified by Sections 78 to 95,
inclusive, of this Article.

75. BEER LICENSES, (a) CLASS A (OFF SALE). The
hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class A Beer
License may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to 12

o'clock midnight, on every day except Sunday.

(b) CLASS B (ON SALE—HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS). The
hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class B Beer
License may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A. M to 12
o'clock midnight.

(c) CLASS C (ON SALE—CLUBS). The hours during which
the privileges conferred by a Class C Beer License may be
exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight.

(d) CLASS D (ON SALE—GENERALLY). The hours during
which the privileges conferred by a Class D Beer License may
be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock mid-
night. Provided that (1) in Garrett County the hours shall
be from 7 o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight, (2) in Howard
County the hours shall be from 6 o'clock A. M. to 1 o'clock
A. M.

76. BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSES, (a) CLASS A
