beverage license issued by the Board of License Commissioners
for Anne Arundel County from obtaining a "Special Sunday
License".

(9) This section shall apply to the first, second, third,
fourth, fifth, seventh, and eighth districts of Anne Arundel
County only.

(10) This section shall not apply to Beach and Amusement
Park Licenses issued in Anne Arundel County.

(b) RACE TRACK LICENSE. (1) In Anne Arundel County
the owner or owners of any regularly licensed racing
establishment, whether individual, association of individuals,
or a corporation, shall, without further residential, voting or
locative qualifications, be entitled to procure a license for the
sale of any and all alcoholic beverages within the confines of
its racing park in said county.

(2) The cost for such license shall be $750.00 each calendar
year, payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arun-
del County and shall entitle the holder to sell at one or more
locations within its said park.

(3) Such licenses and the licensees thereunder shall be sub-
ject to all laws, rules and regulations applicable in Anne
Arundel County to the sale of alcoholic beverages, not incon-
sistent with the provisions of this section.

(4) Nothing in this section shall apply to the Sixth District
of Anne Arundel County.

(c) LOCAL PROVISIONS. No license for the sale of alcoholic
beverages containing more than fourteen per centum of alcohol
by volume shall be issued in the first, second, fourth, seventh
and eighth election districts of said county.

(d) SALES ADJACENT TO PREMISES. The Board of License
Commissioners of Anne Arundel County is hereby authorized
and empowered to permit the sale of any alcoholic beverages
permitted by law to be sold in the first, second, third, fourth,
fifth, seventh and eighth districts of Anne Arundel County, on
or in any parking lot, picnic grounds, building or terrace which
forms an integral part of the licensed premises.

(e) CITY OF ANNAPOLIS. In the City of Annapolis the
Mayor, Counsellor and Aldermen have the power to fix the
fees for all licenses authorized to be issued in said City.

(f) BEACH AND AMUSEMENT PARK LICENSES, ON SALE GEN-
ERALLY WITH Music, DANCING AND OTHER LEGAL ENTERTAIN-
MENT. (1) In Anne Arundel County the operators of any
