(g) INDIVIDUAL STORAGE PERMIT. The holder of an Indi-
vidual Storage Permit shall be authorized to establish a ware-
house for the storage of alcoholic beverages in which title to
such alcoholic beverages so stored is vested in such permit
holder.

(h) NON-RESIDENT DEALER PERMIT. Such a permit shall au-
thorize the holder thereof to sell, consign, and deliver alcoholic
beverages from a location outside Maryland to persons in
Maryland who are authorized to receive same under this
Article. Provided, however, no such permit shall be required
to make direct sales and shipments into this State from a
location outside the continental limits and possessions of the
United States.

(i) IMPORT AND EXPORT PERMIT. Such a permit shall au-
thorize the holder thereof to import into this State alcoholic
beverages for storage in public warehouses, for subsequent
shipment outside the State of Maryland and not for sale, con-
signment or delivery to any person within this State.

(j) SOLICITOR'S PERMIT. Such a permit may be issued in the
discretion of the Comptroller and if issued shall grant a resi-
dent or non-resident holder thereof, the privilege of selling or
offering for sale wines or distilled spirits to manufacturers,
wholesalers or retailers in this State. Such a permit holder
shall not contact consumers, and if the person holding the
permit is employed by a non-resident dealer, he shall not be
permitted to sell, promote or offer for sale alcoholic beverages
to retail dealers, except for the account of a Maryland whole-
saler or manufacturer who is a distributor for the products of
the employer of such non-resident person holding such a permit.

(k) RESTRICTION. No license or permit holder shall accept
or deliver alcoholic beverages except as provided in this Article.

MANUFACTURER'S LICENSE

4. (a) FEE. The fee for a manufacturer's license shall be
one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) annually.

(b) PRIVILEGES. A manufacturer's license shall entitle the
holder to establish and operate in this State a plant for the
distilling, rectifying, blending, brewing, fermenting or bottling
of alcoholic beverages at the location therein described, to im-
port alcoholic beverages, and to sell and deliver alcoholic
beverages to any other license or permit holder, but shall not
permit the bottling of beer except where the same is brewed.
Delivery from a truck or vehicle under the exclusive control of
the holder of such a license, of beer previously acquired by and
delivered to the license holder, shall constitute delivery from
