tersects the center line of Indian Creek; thence easterly
along the prolongation and the said most southerly boundary
line of the Town of Berwyn Heights to the easterly side of
the Edmonston Road.

The Third District shall be the Lakeland District and shall
consists of that portion of the Town of College Park con-
tained within the following: Beginning at a point where the
prolongation of the most southerly boundary line of the Town
of Berwyn Heights intersects the center line of Indian Creek
and running easterly along the prolongation of the said most
southerly line of the Town of Berwyn Heights to the boundary
of the said Town of Berwyn Heights; thence northeasterly
along the boundary lines of the Town of Berwyn Heights to the
eastern right-of-way line of the Baltimore and Ohio Eailroad;
thence across the right-of-way of said railroad to the south-
east point of the subdivision known as "Addition to Berwyn";
thence westerly with the southern lines of said subdivision
to the southerly line of Bickford's Resubdivision of a portion
of the "Addition to Berwyn"; thence northwesterly with said
southerly line of Bickford's Resubdivision to the northeast
corner of Lot 4 in Block 17 of Lakeland Subdivision; thence
with the line between Lots 4 and 5, Block 17, of Lakeland
Subdivision to Navahoe Street; thence diagonally across
Navahoe Street to the northeast corner of Lot 3 in Block 18
of Lakeland Subdivision; thence with the line between Lots
3 and 2 in Block 18 of Lakeland Subdivision to the north
property line of the Maryland State Forest Nursery; thence
westerly along the north property line of the Maryland State
Forest Nursery to the center line of the Baltimore-Washing-
ton Boulevard; thence southerly along the center line of the
said Boulevard to the center line of the Paint Branch; thence
southeasterly along the center line of the said Paint Branch
to the center line of Indian Creek; thence northwesterly along
the center line of Indian Creek to the point of beginning.

The Fourth District shall be the Berwyn District and shall
consist of all that portion of the Town of College Park lying
north of the center line of University Lane and lying west
and north of the Lakeland District and lying west of the
eastern right-of-way line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
and lying south of the center line of Branchville Road and
the prolongation thereof.

The Fifth District shall be the Northern District and shall
consist of all that portion of the Town of College Park lying
north of the center line of Branchville Road and the pro-
longation thereof.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the government
of said Town shall be vested in a Mayor, a Treasurer, two (2)
