southerly along the west bank of the said Northeast Branch
to the southern boundary of Kropp's Addition to College
Park; thence westerly along the said southern boundary
of Kropp's Addition to College Park to the eastern boundary
of the property of the University of Maryland and Athletic
Board, Inc.; thence southerly and westerly along the re-
spective eastern and southern boundary lines of the said
property of the University of Maryland and Athletic Board,
Inc., to the eastern right-of-way line of the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad; thence westerly across the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad to the intersection of the prolongation of the
southern line of Albion Street with the western right-of-way
line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; thence westerly by
and with the prolongation and said southern line of Albion
Street, the same being the southern boundary line of the de-
velopment known as Calvert Hills, to the western line of the
Baltimore-Washington Boulevard; thence northerly along
the western line of the Baltimore-Washington Boulevard to
the point of beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Town of Col-
lege Park shall be divided into five (5) districts as follows:

The First District shall be the Calvert Hills District and
shall consist of all that portion of the Town of College Park
lying south of the following: Beginning at the center line
of the Baltimore-Washington Boulevard opposite the center
line of Guilford Road and running easterly along the center
line of Guilford Road to the center line of Harvard Road;
thence continuing easterly along the center line of Harvard
Road to the eastern right-of-way line of the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad; thence northerly along the eastern right-of-way
line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to the center line
of Calvert Road; thence easterly along the center line of
Calvert Road to the west bank of the Northeast Branch.

The Second District shall be the College Park District and
shall consist of that portion of the Town of College Park
north of the Calvert Hills District and south of the following:
Beginning at a point on the western boundary of the Uni-
versity of Maryland where said western boundary intersects
the center line of University Lane and running easterly
along the center line of University Lane to the center line
of the Baltimore-Washington Boulevard; thence northerly
along the center line of the Baltimore-Washington Boulevard
to the center line of the Paint Branch; thence southeasterly
along the center line of the Paint Branch to the center line
of Indian Creek; thence northerly on the center line of In-
dian Creek to a point where the prolongation of the most
southerly boundary line of the Town of Berwyn Heights in-
