SECTION 1. Be it enacted Ity the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 203 of the Acts of 1931 be and the same
is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 447.
(House Bill 695)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 757, 758, 759, 760, 761 and 762
of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Thir-
teenth District", relating to roads in the Thirteenth Elec-
tion District of Baltimore County.

WHEREAS, the aforesaid Sections 757, 758, 759, 760, 761
and 762, of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), are obsolete.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 757, 758, 759, 760, 761 and 762, of Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Thirteenth Dis-
trict", be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 448.
(House Bill 698)

AN ACT to add a new section, to Article 94 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and 1943 Supple-
ment), title "Time—Standard", said new section to be
known as Section 3 and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 2 of said Article, relating to daylight saving time in
any political sub-division of this State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
94 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and
