WHEREAS, the aforesaid Sections 507 and 508 of Article 3
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition)
have long been obsolete because Mt. Washington is now within
the limits of Baltimore City; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 507 and 508 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Mt. Washington", be and the same
are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
134 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County", sub-title
"Easton", relating to the boundary lines of the wards in the
Town of Easton.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 134 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County",
sub-title "Easton", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
134. Easton shall be divided into four wards, bounded
as follows: First Ward shall be bounded on the North and
West by the boundaries of the town, and on the East by a
line running Southwardly with the center-line of Aurora
Street to the center of Goldsborough Street; thence West-
wardly to the intersection of the center-line of Goldsborough
Street with the center-line of Hanson Street; thence South-
wardly with the center line of Hanson Street to its intersec-
tion with the center line of Brookletts Avenue; thence West-
wardly with the center line of Brookletts Avenue to its in-
tersection with the center line of Washington Street; thence
Northwardly with the center line of Washington Street to
its intersection with the center line of Biery Street; thense.
Westwardly with the center line of Biery Street if projected
