as said section was enacted by Chapter 281 of the Acts of
1941, relating to grass, weeds, and decaying matter on
vacant lots in Baltimore County.
WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 313B of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition)
are difficult and unreasonable to enforce in certain instances
and other provisions of law adequately cover the situations
to be combated; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 313B of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County", sub-title "Health and Sanitation", as said Section
was enacted by Chapter 281 of the Acts of 1941, be and the
same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

AN ACT to add one new section to Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "County Commissioners",
said new section to be known as Section 126, to follow
immediately after Section 125 of said Article, providing
for the acquisition of land for public purposes by the County
Commissioners and authorizing the erection of buildings
thereon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That one new section be and the same is hereby added
to Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "County
Commissioners", said new section to be known as Section
126, to follow immediately after Section 125 of said Article
and to read as follows:
126. The County Commissioners of Baltimore County are
authorized and empowered to acquire by purchase, gift, devise,
or condemnation any real or leasehold property needed for
