Seven Hundred Dollars per annum, and the four Councilmen
shall each receive a salary of Five Hundred Dollars per
annum.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

(House Bill 551)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
241 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-
title "County Commissioners", to authorize and empower
the Board of County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County to appropriate a sum of money annually, of not
less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for the support
and maintenance of Emergency Hospital at Annapolis.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 241 of Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", be and it is here-
by repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as fol-
lows:

241. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County
are hereby authorized and empowered to appropriate a sum
of money annually, of not less than One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) in any one year, for the maintenance and sup-
port of Emergency Hospital at Annapolis, and under such
terms and conditions as the said County Commissioners shall
see fit to impose.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.
