upon the sessions of said Court, not to exceed $1,800 in any
year. Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Allegany
County shall receive the sum of Twelve Dollars ($12.00) for
every day's attendance upon the sessions of said Court. Each
of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City and
for Prince George's County shall receive the sum of Eighteen
Dollars ($18.00) for every day's attendance upon the sessions
of said Court.
The sessions of said Orphans' Court of Baltimore City shall
continue from 11 A. M. to 3 P. M., if necessary for the transac-
tion of business of the Court.
No mileage shall be allowed to any of the Judges of the
Orphans' Court for attending the sessions of said Court, except
in Garrett and Somerset Counties.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Sections 463 of
Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and
Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City",
sub-title "Orphans' Court", as said section was amended by
Chapter 783 of the Acts of 1945, be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

(House Bill 386)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Clerk of the Court", to be known
as Section 123C and to follow immediately after Section
123B of said Article, as said Section 123B was added by
Chapter 814 of the Acts of 1945, relating to microfilming
of records of Baltimore County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Clerk of the Court",
to be known as Section 123C, to follow immediately after
Section 123B of said Article, as said Section 123B was added
by Chapter 814 of the Acts of 1945, and to read as follows:
