"Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates Sys-
tem", relating to salaries of Trial Magistrates in Somerset
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (Somerset County) of Section 100 of
Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Sup-
plement), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magis-
trates System", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
100. (Somerset County.) There shall be two Trial Magis-
trates, one of whom shall sit at Crisfleld and the other at
Princess Anne, and each of said magistrates shall receive an
annual salary of Eighteen Hundred Dollars ($1,800).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County, sub-title "Crisfleld", said new section
to be known as Section 95A and to follow immediately
after Section 95 of said Article, authorizing the Mayor
and Council to impose and collect, water 'rents, sewer
rents and installation charges and making said charges
liens on the property served, and providing a referendum
thereon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Somerset County", sub-title "Crisfield", said
new section to be known as Section 95A, to follow immedi-
ately after Section 95 of said Article, and to read as follows:
95A. (a) Whenever any property owner, after due notice,
fails to make connection with a water main or sewer, as
provided in Section 95 of this Article, said municipal authori-
ties are authorized to have such connections made. Such
