tions 392, 393 and 394, to follow immediately after Section
391H of said Article, and to read as follows:
392. It shall be unlawful for any person to carry or dis-
charge any firearm on Lake Roland or on the lands adjoining
said Lake owned by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore.
For the purposes of this section, the word "firearms" shall
also include air rifles, air guns and B. B. guns.
393. The Board of Recreation and Parks of the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore (or its successor having jurisdic-
tion over Lake Roland and the adjoining lands owned by said
municipality) shall have the authority and power to make
rules and regulations for the use of Lake Roland and the
adjoining property owned by the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore for recreational and other purposes.
394. Any person violating the provisions of this sub-title,
or any lawful rule and regulation made under the authority
of Section 393, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be subject to a penalty not exceeding
Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each such violation.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
10, 11 and 12 of the Charter of the town of Hurlock, in Dor-
chester County, as enacted by Chapter 801 of the Acts of
1941, relating to the compensation of the Mayor, Council-
men, and Clerk of Hurlock, and providing for a referendum
thereon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Charter of the town
of Hurlock, in Dorchester County, as enacted by Chapter 801
of the Acts of 1941, be and they are hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
10. No person shall be elected as Mayor of said town
unless he shall have been a resident of said town for at least
