are obsolete and probably unconstitutional because of dis-
crimination, therefore;

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 772 and 773 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Traders Licenses", be and the same
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
being passed upon a yea and nay vote supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 828-850, inclusive, of the Prince
George's County Code (1943 Edition), being Article 17 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince
George's County", sub-title "Lansdale", relating to the Town
of Lansdale.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 828-850, inclusive, of the Prince George's
County Code (1943 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Lansdale", be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.
