interest which shall be set apart by him in a special account
for the payment of the first maturing interest coupons on
the said bonds. Said Treasurer shall thereupon further de-
duct from the proceeds of said bonds so received by him
all expenses incurred in the issuance thereof, including cost
of advertising and printing, attorneys' fees and other similar
incidental expenditures.

335L. The balance of said proceeds, including any amount
received as premium in the sale of said bonds, shall be paid
by the Treasurer of Montgomery County to the Treasurer of
the Upper Montgomery County Volunteer Pire Department,
Inc., but said Treasurer shall only make said payment after
receiving notice from the President of the Board of County
Commissioners of Montgomery County that it is proper for him
to do so. Said President of the Board of County Commissioners
of Montgomery County shall not permit the release of said
funds as above provided unless and until the Treasurer of
the said Upper Montgomery County Volunteer Pire Depart-
ment, Inc., shall have given to the Board of County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County a corporate surety bond
in a form approved by the said Board, said bond to be in
a penal sum not less than the net amount of the indebted-
ness incurred by the County Commissioners of Montgomery
County as above authorized and to be conditioned upon the
faithful holding and disbursement by the said Treasurer of
the funds hereby authorized to be paid to him, in accordance
with the conditions and provisions of this Act.

335M. Said Treasurer shall pay, from the funds so placed
in his custody, the total cost of the construction and equip-
ment of the said Pire Department building, including archi-
tect's fees, actual construction costs, and other incidental
charges incident thereto, and, in addition said Treasurer
shall pay the purchase price of any equipment or apparatus
acquired by the said Upper Montgomery County Volunteer
Pire Department, Inc., in connection with the expansion of
its activities. Any balance of said funds so deposited in the
custody of said Treasurer, after making the foregoing dis-
bursements, shall, upon the completion thereof, be transferred
by said Treasurer to the general funds of the said Upper
Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., to be
used for contingencies in said expansion program and also
for the maintenance, operation, upkeep and repair of said
Fire Department as so expanded. Before said Treasurer shall
make any of the foregoing disbursements he shall first pro-
cure the approval thereof from the said Fire Board and
no disbursement of any nature whatsoever shall be made
