(22) For administering the oath of office to any elected
or appointed official (except policemen), $.25;

(23) for administering the oath of office to any police-
man, $.10;

(24) For entering the original appearance of attorney for
defendant, $.50;

(25) For filing the original defense pleas for any de-
fendant, $.25;

(26) For the attendance of the Clerk or his deputy in
Court upon the hearing of any motion before the Court, $.50;

(27) For the removal of any writ, previously issued, $.50;

(28) For issuing any writ of fieri facias on judgment re-
covered before any Justice of the Peace or Judge of the
Peoples' Court, $2."50;

(29) For issuing any writ of fieri facias on any judgment
of the Court, $2.50;

(30) For issuing any writ of habere facias possessionem,
$3.00;

(31) For issuing any writ of retorno habendo, $2.00;

(32) For issuing any attachment for contempt, $2.00;

(35) For issuing supplementary proceedings and entering

(38) For receiving, filing, indexing, and entering certificate
of discharge of any Federal tax lien, $1.50;

(39) For receiving, collecting and paying over all public
money—5%; except the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas,
who shall receive 1% commission;

(39A) No charge shall be made by the Clerks of Court
against the County Commissioners of any county of the State
for any of the services enumerated herein, rendered such
county, except with the consent of the County Commissioners
of such county;
