Montgomery County, Maryland, be and they are hereby re-
pealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Treasurer of the
Village of Northwest Park is hereby authorized and directed
to pay over to the County Treasurer of Montgomery County
all funds belonging to the said village which are either pres-
ently in the hands of or which are ultimately to be paid to the
said Treasurer thereof, said funds to be disposed of in the
discretion of the Board of County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery County in such a manner as will prove to be for the
benefit of the area formerly embraced by the Village of North-
west Park.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths
of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Garbage", said new section to
be known as Section 295 and to follow immediately after
Section 294 of said Article, relating to the transportation of
garbage over the public highways and streets of Anne Arun-
del County and to the feeding of the same to hogs under
certain conditions in said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Garbage", said
new section to be known as Section 295 and to follow imme-
diately after Section 294 of said Article, and to read as fol-
lows:
295. (1) For the purpose of and as used in this section, the
term "garbage" shall mean the entrails or waste products of
