CHAPTER 820.

AN ACT to add a new section to the Montgomery County
Code (1939 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of Public.
Local Laws of Maryland, title ''Montgomery County, sub-
title "Washington Suburban Sanitary District", and to
the Prince George's County Code (1943 Edition), being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Washington
Suburban Sanitary District", said new section to be known
as Section 1180G of the Montgomery County Code and to
follow immediately after Section 1180F of said Code, and
to be known as Section 1420F of the Prince George's
County Code and to follow immediately after Section
1420E of said Code, extending the area of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to the
Montgomery County Code (1939 Edition), being Article 16
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Mont-
gomery County", sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary
District", and to the Prince George's County Code (1943
Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District", said new section to be
known as Section 1180G of the Montgomery County Code and
to follow immediately after Section 1180F of said Code, and
to be known as Section 1420F of the Prince George's County
Code, to follow immediately after Section 1420E of said Code,
and to read as follows:
1180G (1420F). The following area is hereby added to
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District: Beginning at
a point where the corporate limits of the Town of Gaithers-
burg and the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District intersects the southwest property line of
lot 20 of Observatory Heights Addition to Gaithersburg as
recorded among the Land Records of Montgomery County
in Plat Book 2, Page 138, and running thence to the west
corner of said lot 20 being also the end of the first or N.
44° E. 660 feet line of the conveyance from John T. Desellum
and Sarah Ann Desellum to Vandelia Owen as recorded
among the Land Records of Montgomery County in Liber
E.P.B. 17, Folio 122, thence in a southwesterly direction
reversely with the first line of the said conveyance 400 feet,
