79. The first Monday in each month shall be the return
day for the return of processes in civil cases, provided that
if said Monday shall be a legal holiday, the day following
shall be such rule day.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

AN ACT to incorporate the town of Grasonville in Queen
Anne's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the citizens and inhabitants of Grasonville, Queen
Anne's County, Maryland, are hereby created a body corpo-
rate under the name and style of "The Commissioners of
Grasonville", with all the rights and privileges of a body cor-
porate and as such may sue and be sued and may have and use
a common seal and may alter the same at pleasure.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the corporate limits
of said town shall be as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Baltimore and Eastern Railroad
Track where a ditch running through the land of Ephraim
Parks intersects the said Railroad, then in an Easterly direction
up the Baltimore and Eastern Railroad to Jory's Lane (these
boundaries are intended to include the land and property bor-
dering on both sides of Jory's Lane) ; thence by and with the
said Jory's Lane in a Southerly direction to the State of Mary-
land Public Highway No. 404, then in an Easterly direction on
said Route No. 404 (including all land and property touching
and bordering on said Highway No. 404) until it reaches the
East boundary of the Village Cemetery thence in a Southerly
direction again to the South East boundary of the said ceme-
tery; thence from, the said South East corner of the cemetery
running in a straight line in a westerly direction to the head
of Marshy Creek at a point on the County Highway leading
from Grasonville to Perry's Corner, thence to follow the North
Shore of Marshy Creek to the ditch which separates the prop-
erty of Ephriam Parks from that of Charles McDowell, thence
in a Northerly direction up the aforementioned ditch to the
said Baltimore and Eastern Railroad, the place of beginning.
