said point being on the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District and running, thence at right
angles to Good Luck Road to a point north of and 200 feet
distant from the north side of Good Luck Road, thence in a
generally northeasterly direction north of, parallel to and
200 feet distant from the north side of Good Luck Road to
the southern boundary of the United States Government prop-
erty known as the Agricultural Research Center, thence in
a generally northeasterly direction with the southeasterly
boundary of the said Agricultural Research Center property
to the west side of the Fairspring-Springfield-Hill Road, thence
in a generally northwesterly direction with the west side
of the said Fairspring-Springfield-Hill Road to a point oppo-
site the south corner of the United States Government prop-
erty known as the Patuxent Research Refuge, thence at right
angles and crossing the said Fairspring-Springfleld-Hill Road
to the said south corner of the said Patuxent Research Refuge
property, thence in a generally northeasterly direction with
the southeasterly boundary of the said Patuxent Research
Refuge property to the Patuxent River and the Boundary be-
tween Prince George's and Anne Arundel Counties, thence in
a generally southeasterly direction with the center of the
Patuxent River and the boundary between Prince George's
and Anne Arundel Counties to the point where the said
boundary crosses Latitude 39°-00' North, thence due west to
& point east of, at right angles to and 200 feet distant from
the east side of High Bridge Road, thence in a generally
southerly direction east of, parallel to and 200 feet distant
from the east side of High Bridge Road to the east side of
the Right of Way of the railroad running between Bowie
and Popes Creek, thence in a generally southeasterly direc-
tion with the east side of said railroad to a point south of,
at right angles to and 200 feet distant from the south side of
the Defense Highway, thence in a generally westerly direction
south of, parallel to and 200 feet distant from the south side
of the Defense Highway to a point east of and 200 feet dis-
tant from the east side of the George N. Palmer Highway,
thence in a generally southwesterly direction south of,
parallel to and 200 feet distant from the south side of the
Palmer Highway to the existing boundary of the Washing-
ton Suburban Sanitary District, thence with the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to
the point of beginning.
