question at such succeeding regular municipal elections until
a majority of the votes cast on said question shall be "For
Sewerage Bonds", at which time they shall exercise the power
conferred by the Act, and issue the bonds authorized by this
Act.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

(House Bill 587)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland and to Article 17 of said
Code, sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary District",
said new section to be known as Section 1180G of said
Article 16 and Section 1420F of said Article 17 and to
follow immediately after Section 1180F of said Article 16
and Section 1420E of said Article 17, adding certain areas
to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District and author-
izing the construction of water and sewer systems in such
areas with authority to levy different benefit charges and
service rates in said areas.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added
to Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
and to Article 17 of said Code, sub-title "Washington
Suburban Sanitary District", said new section to be known
as Section 1180G of said Article 16 and Section 1420F of
said Article 17, to follow immedately after Section 1180F of
said Article 16 and Section 1420E of said Article 17, and
to read as follows:

1180G (1420F) The Washington Suburban Sanitary Dis-
trict and the jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary Commission, its duties, authority and powers, are hereby
extended to include the following additional areas:

(a) All of that part of Bowie, Lanham, Kent and Queen
Anne Election Districts in Prince George's County within
the following metes and bound:

Beginning at the intersection of Good Luck Road and Tele-
graph Road in Lanham District of Prince George's County,.
