CHAPTER 734.
(House Bill 359)
AN ACT to require the supervising authorities of any road or
street in the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to
submit for review and recommendation by the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission all proposed plans before
any structure affecting drainage or water flow is con-
structed in or under any such road or street.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That before any bridge, culvert or other structure in-
tended for the purpose of permitting water to flow through or
under any road or street in the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District is constructed, the plans for such structure shall
be submitted for review and recommendation to the Washing-
ton Suburban Sanitary Commission.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 735.
(House Bill 363)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (t) of Section 12 of Article 72 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws of Maryland (1939 Edition), as the
same was enacted by Chapter 929 of the Acts of 1945 of
the General Assembly of Maryland, title "Oysters and
Clams", sub-title "Private Oyster Culture", sub-topic "Meth-
ods of Taking or Catching Cultivated Oysters", to provide
that in Anne Arundel County oysters on leased bottoms
may not be taken by any device other than hand tongs or
oyster rakes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (t) of Section 12 of Article 72 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland (1939 Edition), as
enacted by Chapter 929 of the Acts of 1945 of the General
Assembly of Maryland, title "Oysters and Clams", sub-title
"Private Oyster Culture", sub-topic "Methods of Taking or
Catching Cultivated Oysters", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
