appeal from the decision of the Department, file petition in
the Circuit Court of the county, at any time until expiration
of thirty days from the filing of an amended chart in said
Circuit Court showing the re-classification, and the same pro-
ceedings shall be had thereon as are now provided in Section
12 (j) of said Article and with the same rights of appeal
from the decision of the Circuit Court. No lease of the re-
classified area, in whole or part, shall be granted until the
amended chart has been filed in the Circuit Court of the
county and until thirty days shall have expired from date
of filing. During said thirty-day period, public notice of
the filing of an amended chart shall be given once a week
for three successive weeks prior to expiration of said period,
in a newspaper of general circulation in the county.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 726.
(House Bill 334)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Roads", said new section to
be known as Section 418 B and to follow immediately after
Section 418 of said Article, relating to the construction,
reconstruction maintenance and repair of sidewalks, curbs
and gutters in the Beverley Beach Roads and Taxing Dis-
trict of Anne Arundel County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title ''Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Roads",
said new section to be known as Section 418 B and to follow
immediately after Section 418 of said Article, and to read
as follows:
418 B. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel Coun-
ty are hereby authorized and directed to expend not less
than 25% of the moneys derived from the levy for the District
Road Tax upon the taxable property within the special roads
and taxing district known as the "Beverley Beach Roads and
