Deputy Treasurer of Two Thousand Dollars, payable in
monthly installments.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths
of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 710.
(House Bill 191)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(g) of Section 32 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Fish and Fisheries", sub-
title "Further Regulations in County Waters", relating
to fishing in the waters of Back River and its tributaries.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (g) of Section 32 of Article 39 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Fish and
Fisheries", sub-title "Further Regulations in County Waters",
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
(g) It shall be unlawful to fish with nets or seines of any
kind in the waters of Middle River and of the tributaries
thereof, between the 1st day of March and the 1st day of
June, both dates inclusive, in each and every year; and it
shall be unlawful at any time to use pound nets or other
similar devices in the waters of Back River and its tribu-
taries.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.
