of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County", sub-
title "Orphans' Court", as said section was amended by
Chapter 604 of the Acts of 1941, relating to the com-
pensation of the Judges of the Orphans' Court of Talbot
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 326 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County",
sub-title "Orphans' Court", as said section was amended
by Chapter 604 of the Acts of 1941, be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

326. The Judges of the Orphans' Court of Talbot Coun-
ty shall each receive as compensation the sum of Twelve
Dollars for every day's attendance upon the sessions of
said Court to be paid by the County Commissioners of said
Talbot County in monthly payments provided that no
Judge of said Court shall receive in any one year as for
his services a sum exceeding Eight Hundred and Twenty-
five Dollars.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 688.
(Senate Bill 484)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "Birds and Game", said
new section to be known as Section 58 and to follow
immediately after Section 57 of said Article, making
it unlawful to carry certain guns in certain areas during
the closed season.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 3
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Birds and
Game", said new section to be known as Section 58, to
follow immediately after Section 57 of said Article, and
to read as follows:
