may purchase or hold or dispose of real and personal prop-
erty, for the benefit of said Town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted:

(A) That the limits of said Town shall be as follows:
Beginning for the same at a point on the Northwesterly
line of United States Route No. 13, a distance of 935 feet
Southwesterly from the intersection of the Northwesterly
line of United States Route No. 13, with the center line
of Main Street in the Town of Fruitland; (1) thence
Northwesterly, in a line parallel with Main Street, and
across Camden Avenue Extended, to a point 175 feet
Northwesterly from the Northwesterly line of Camden
Avenue Extended; (2) thence Northeasterly, in a line
parallel with Camden Avenue Extended, and a distance of
175 feet Northwesterly from the Northwesterly line of
Camden Avenue Extended, a distance of 1735 feet to a
point 175 feet Northwesterly from the Northwesterly line
of Camden Avenue Extended; (3) thence Southeasterly,
in a line parallel with Main Street, and across Camden
Avenue Extended, to the Southeasterly line of United
States Route No. 13; (4) thence Northeasterly, by and
with said United States Route No. 13, a distance of 500
feet; (5) thence Southeasterly, in a line parallel with Main
Street, to a point in the center of a street known as South
Division Street Extended, and also known as the back road
from Salisbury to Fruitland; (6) thence Southwesterly,
by and with the center of South Division Street Extended,
a distance of 300 feet; (7) thence Southeasterly, in a line
parallel with the fifth course hereof, to the extension of the
Northwesterly line of Brown Street; (8) thence South-
westerly, by and with the extension of the Northwesterly
line of Brown Street, and the Northwesterly line of Brown
Street, and across Meadow Bridge Road, a distance of 1395
feet; (9) thence Northwesterly, across South Division
Street Extended, and across United States Route No. 13, in
a line parallel with Main Street, to the place of beginning.

(B) That within one year following the effective date
of this Act, the Fruitland Commission, hereinafter pro-
vided for, shall cause a survey of the corporate limits of
said Town to be made and a plat thereof to be recorded
among the Land Records of Wicomico County.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted:

(A) That the corporate powers of said Town shall
be vested in and shall be exercised by, a Commission to be
