vehicles, and establish and collect fees or charges for the
use thereof; no petroleum products shall be sold or offered
for sale at any entrance to, or exit from, any land so
acquired or at any entrance to, or exit from, any structure
erected thereon, when any entrance to, or exit from, any
such land or structure faces a street or highway which is
more than 25 feet wide from curb to curb; to vest juris-
diction or authority to exercise or perform any or all
of the aforegoing powers in any suitable board, com-
mission, department, bureau or other agency of the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore, and to create any such
agency for such purposes.
(b) To sell, lease, convey, transfer or otherwise dis-
pose of any of said land or property, regardless of whether
or not it has been developed, redeveloped, altered or im-
proved, and irrespective of the manner or means in or
by which it may have been acquired, to any private, public
or quasi public corporation, partnership, association, per-
son or other legal entity.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 350 of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1939 Edition), title "Corporations", sub-title
"Public Service Commission", relating to the hours dur-
ing which the office of the Public Service Commission
shall be open for business.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 350 of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Corporations", sub-title
"Public Service Commission", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
350. The principal office of the Commission shall be
in the City of Baltimore, at such place therein as said
Commission shall select and determine from time to time.
